I voluntarily, expressly, informed and prior to BANCO DAVIVIENDA S.A. hereinafter The Responsible or Davivienda, to collect, store, share, use and treat the data provided or that comes to be provided for access and use of the Davivienda Developer Portal, for the following purposes:

1. Offering products and services, including sending information about events, news, promotions, campaigns, advertising and loyalty programs offered by Davivienda.
2. Use my data to be contacted by Davivienda to provide me with information and / or advice on the product and / or service requested or that may be requested.
3. The authorization will be in force until the owner of the personal data requests Banco Davivienda to revoke it, through the channels indicated in the Davivienda Personal Data Treatment Policy that is published on www.davivienda.com, regardless of whether the Client completes or not the process to acquire a financial product or service.

That as the owner of the Personal Data I have the rights established in Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 and other regulations that modify, complement, add or repeal them, especially the right to know, update, rectify and revoke the Authorization that I have granted for the use of my Personal Data. 3. That I can know, correct and update my data, as well as request proof of my authorization, revoke my authorization and / or request the deletion of the data. I understand that the revocation of this authorization will only operate when there is no legal or contractual duty that obliges to keep the information.
